We loved staying here, it was perfect for us! This place is conveniently located near tram lines, train stations and is surrounded by many fantastic bars and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering fantastic customer service every step of the way. The room amenities were fantastic and provided excellent comfort, from the air conditioning to the heating, ironing facilities to the television with a flat-screen TV. The restaurant, bar, and snack bar offered a delicious range of food and drinks, with special diet menus available as well.

I had the most amazing surprise at Hotel Brooklyn. They were great too make my boyfriend's birthday special. They prepared a beautiful chocolate plate with a happy birthday message in the room. The staff even brought us a bucket of ice for our drinks, and their attentiveness was really good. The young girl at reception was so helpful and resolved any issues we had. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for their thoughtful and personalized service. The cleanliness of the hotel was also a plus. I highly recommend staying here for a nice experience.

This is a hotel go-to for Manchester! It is spotless with comfy bed and fluffy towels, good enough for celebrating birthday. The location is unbeatable and peaceful, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Home Manchester.

You'll find yourself spoiled for choices with the abundance of bars, restaurants, and the nearby Chinatown. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and amazing showers. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide variety of options. The staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. a great place to stay!

I spent here 1 excellent day and will be back. Staff and food were second to none, and all in all I liked this hotel. Booked wheelchair accessible room with good toiletries, fluffy towels, as example, which I really appreciated.

We had an awesome time at this hotel! The interior was gorgeous and had a quirky vibe that we loved. The location was great, and we even got upgraded to a room with a city view for my birthday. The staff was amazing and made us feel special, with a little birthday cake sent to our room. The rooms were spotless and the bed and linens were of exceptional quality. We would definitely stay here again.

Actually everything was good. The hotel was hip new, good services provided, unbeatable location really close to the city centre. The downstairs bar was excellent and the drinks were warm.

Had a great Xmas stay! The room was clean and comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep. The location was ideal, being walking distance to all the attractions in the city. The breakfast included was a delicious spread with plenty of hot options to choose from.

The shower temperature was a bit unreliable, going from hot to cold randomly. the bar closed earlier than advertised, leaving us disappointed when we wanted to relax and have a drink after dinner.

The hotel is fairly clean, with accommodating personal, and offers fab location right by the centre, canal street over pride weekend and shopping centres.

The staff was charming, the room was welcoming and immaculate. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, so at night I slept well.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room design was very cool and unique, with funky decor throughout. We loved the wall art, retro phone, and the fact that the bed was positioned at an angle. The location was perfect for the nightlife we wanted, right in the city centre and close to everything. The hotel staff were great too make our stay special. We were able to check in before the usual time and were even given a terrace double room with our own balcony. As it was my partner's birthday, the hotel surprised us with a slice of cake and a happy birthday message, made her day extra special. The room was spotlessly clean, had access to all channels, and the shower space was nice and spacious.
